Where we ship

Paw Spree currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

• Free Shipping on orders of $49 or more.
• Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $49.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of purchase, including 1–2 business days to process your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Multiple packages

Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order may arrive in more than one package on different days. You won't pay extra shipping for this.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@pawspree.store and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at support@pawspree.store and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
